....About Us
My name is Matt, I am a lay person with a deep passion for Christianity and its living traditions. Over the years, I have travelled extensively across the world to visit sacred places, to pray, and to grow spiritually — from Lourdes to Velankanni, from Fátima to Lalibela, from Annaya to Aparecida. I also maintain a strong spiritual connection with Mount Athos and Patmos.
A Different Kind of Tour
My tours are designed differently from standard sightseeing experiences. I work primarily with small, private groups to foster a genuine spiritual connection and a more personal journey.
Together we will:
Learn about Switzerland’s religious history and ecclesiastical structure
Visit churches and monasteries of historical and spiritual importance
Discover artistic masterpieces within sacred spaces
Attend, when possible, a religious service in the local language
Have time for personal prayer, veneration of relics, and lighting a candle.
- My tours are specially designed for Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant pilgrims.
Although I am neither a priest nor a monk, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience. I approach every question with openness, respect, and flexibility — offering thoughtful answers within the scope of my role as a lay guide.
